The extensive remodel (completed in November 2023) includes: brand new flooring throughout, a fully re-imagined kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances including a large pantry for small appliances, quartz counter tops, cabinetry, a standard drip coffee pot,  and cookware.
The master bedroom (including a second T.V.) has a California King with a "Dream Cloud" Mattress, plus LOTS of storage in your cozy cabin for extended retreats!  
In the 2nd bedroom there are two rustic handmade Amish twin beds.
The bathroom has a tub-shower combo.

Relax in the family room in front of a fire with a beautiful river rock accent wall or step out onto your private ground floor patio.  The patio connects directly to a large grass common area, perfect for games or lazing in the sun.  Enjoy easy access to the lake shore from here!

We are located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe and the area offers you a kaleidoscope of things to do and see (whatever your mood or lifestyle):  from skiing and boating, kayaking and stand-up-paddling, to exciting casino night life, to a quiet evening in front of the fire!  
On site Our Recreation Area has two tennis courts (one being converted into a pickleball court in Spring 2024), a swimming pool* naturally heated by the ONLY hot springs around the lake...ALL YEAR LONG, fishing and boating pier, Lakeview Clubhouse, a co-ed sauna (bathing suits required) plus a fitness room!  
Your vacation condo becomes the ideal spot for an affordable family get-together, intimate weekend, a week or month away from it all!

*Swimming pool is closed twice a year for maintenance.
