Remodeled in June 2024, the living room has all new hardwood floors, furniture, a 65-inch LG4K Ultra HD TV plus FREE WIFI, 5G high speed internet, XUMO streaming service and a cozy natural gas fireplace that operates with the flick of a switch.  The patio and living room capture the first rays of sunshine every day, so the unit is flooded with natural light all year.  Both bedrooms feature queen size beds, nightstands, lamps and closets.  Windows are double pane throughout to keep the unit cool in summer and warm in winter.  The bathroom is modern with a rain head shower and full water pressure wand in the generous shower (no tub). Unit 13 is a one-story ground floor two-bedroom LAKEFRONT condo in the exclusive Brockway Springs Resort gated community with full time staff on site 9 a.m.-4 p.m. to assist with your every need.  FREE parking is located in front of the unit with level access (no stairs) to the front door.  The resort’s year-round lakefront swimming pool heated by natural hot springs, pier, sauna, fitness center, clubhouse, tennis and pickleball courts are all FREE to guests. Walk to stunning Kings Beach to enjoy its broad sandy beach, restaurants, grocery stores, bars and shops. Life is good!

FREE snow removal makes access easy to the front door.  The gentle grassy slope leading to the water’s edge, just a step off the unit’s patio, becomes a perfect sledding hill making it a breeze to come in and warm up with hot cocoa between runs.  Northstar, Diamond Peak, Mount Rose and Palisades ski resorts, snowmobiling, sledding, cross country skiing and snowshoeing are nearby.  Exciting casino nightlife and entertainment are just a mile away.  FREE Tahoe Area Rapid Transit (TART) whisks you to Northstar, Incline and Truckee.
